License Agreement for Software Andina Intranet Express
This License Agreement is a legal agreement between you (as an individual and as a company) and Software Andina, LLC for
the Software Andina software products accompanying this License Agreement, which includes computer software, online
documentation, associated media and printed materials ("SOFTWARE PRODUCT").
The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual
property laws and treaties. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is licensed, not sold.
License to install and copy SOFTWARE PRODUCT:
Software Andina licenses the SOFTWARE PRODUCT for use within a single company. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT may be installed and
copied on any computer owned by the company. Under no circumstances may the software be given or sold to another company.
Under no circumstances may the software be installed or copied to computers owned or used by another company.
License to use SOFTWARE PRODUCT:
Software Andina grants you as a company the right to use the SOFTWARE PRODUCT within the context of the company licensed.
Any number of users can access the software as long as they are considered staff of the company. Under no circumstances
may the company charge a fee for use of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT.
License to modify SOFTWARE PRODUCT:
Software Andina grants you as a company the right to modify the SOFTWARE PRODUCT to meet the needs of your company as
long as the following conditions are met:

The copyright notice contained within the source files remains intact and unaltered.

Any altered source remains the property of Software Andina and is subject to these license restrictions.
